NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 31st December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 151.1p (and 149.4p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 146.4p (and 148.1p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 31st December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 71.4p (and  70.6p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 69.8p (and 68.9p including debt marked at fair value).
