NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 10th July 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 179.4p (and 177.8p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 175.5p (and 173.9p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 10th July 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 87.6p (and 86.8p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 85.7p (and 84.9p including debt marked at fair value).
