NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 22^nd February 2010, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 173.6p (and 172.0p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 171.4p (and 169.7p including debt marked at fair value). 

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 22^nd February 2010, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 90.1p (and 89.3p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 88.8p (and 88.0p including debt marked at fair value).
