NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 2^nd July 2010, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 155.2p (and 153.5p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 150.7p (and 149.0p including debt marked at fair value). 

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 2^nd July 2010, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 80.4p (and 79.6p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 79.3p (and 78.4p including debt marked at fair value).
