NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 7^th March 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 175.2p (and 173.7p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 171.5p (and 170.0p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 7^th March 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 90.4p (and 89.7p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 89.1p (and 88.4p including debt marked at fair value).
