NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 10^th August 2010, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 170.9p (and 169.1p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 165.9p (and 164.1p including debt marked at fair value). 

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 10^th August 2010, the unaudited net asset value per sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 87.6p (and 86.8p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 86.5p (and 85.6p including debt marked at fair value).
