Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 15^th October 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 197.3p (and 196.0p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 191.7p (and 190.4p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 15^th October 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 100.9p (and 100.2p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 98.5p (and 97.8p including debt marked at fair value).
