NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 30^th December 2011, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 165.3p XD (and 163.8p XD including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 161.7p (and 160.2p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 30^th December 2011, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 85.4p XD (and 84.7p XD including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 84.1p (and 83.3p including debt marked at fair value).
