Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 7^th August 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 192.9p (and 191.5p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 187.8p (and 186.3p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 7^th August 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 97.1p (and 96.4p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 94.7p (and 94.0p including debt marked at fair value).
