Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 22^nd October 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 202.0p (and 200.6p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 196.4p (and 195.0p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 22^nd October 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 103.3p (and 102.7p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 101.0p (and 100.3p including debt marked at fair value).
