NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 14^th August 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 191.3p (and 189.8p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 186.1p (and 184.7p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 14^th August 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 97.7p (and 97.0p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 95.3p (and 94.6p including debt marked at fair value).
