NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 6^th October 2011, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 178.4p (and 176.8p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 172.7p (and 171.2p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 6^th October 2011, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 91.5p (and 90.8p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 89.6p (and 88.9p including debt marked at fair value).
