NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 23^rd January 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 175.6p (and 174.1p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 171.9p (and 170.4p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 23^rd January 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 89.8p (and 89.1p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 88.5p (and 87.7p including debt marked at fair value).
