Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 1^st October 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 190.7p (and 189.4p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 185.2p (and 183.9p including debt marked at fair value).

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 1^st October 2012, the unaudited net asset value per Sigma share including current financial year revenue items was 98.6p (and 98.0p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 96.2p (and 95.5p including debt marked at fair value).
