In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

TR Property Investment Trust PLC's capital consists of 343,850,000 ordinary
shares of 25p with voting rights.  The Company has no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in TR Property Investment Trust PLC
is 343,850,000.

The above figure (343,850,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TR Property Investment
Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
