Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Trackwise Designs plc, provider of specialist products using printed circuit technology, is pleased to announce that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will today be published on the Company's website at www.trackwise.co.uk and posted to shareholders that have requested hard copies.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 1 Ashvale, Alexandra Way, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8NB on Thursday 16 July 2020 at 11:00am. In light of the UK Government's social distancing measures and guidance on non-essential travel and public gatherings, shareholders will not be able to attend in person.

In view of the restrictions on attendance, shareholders can submit questions for the Board prior to the AGM by emailing [e-mail] before 9:30am on 13 July 2020. Subject to the need to protect any confidential information, all questions will be answered by the Board by return of email. The Board will also select certain answers to key questions to be posted on the Company's website by close of business on 8 July 2020, so that shareholders have time to see submitted questions and answers before confirming their proxy vote.

The Board encourages shareholders to complete and submit their proxy form as early as possible and to only appoint the Chairman of the AGM to act as their proxy.

In the event the Board make any changes to the AGM arrangements, shareholders will be notified via an RNS announcement and on the Company's website.

Trackwise is a UK-based manufacturer of specialist products using printed circuit technology.

The full suite includes: Improved Harness Technology TM ("IHT"), Microwave and RF, Short Flex, Flex Rigid and Rigid Multilayer products.

IHT uses a proprietary, patented process that Trackwise has developed to manufacture multilayer flexible printed circuits of unlimited length. While the technology has many applications, the directors expect that one of its primary uses will be to replace traditional wire harness in a variety of industries.
