Tracsis plc
("Tracsis" or the "Group")
Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Tracsis, a leading provider of software, hardware, data analytics/GIS and services for the rail, traffic data and wider transport industries, confirms that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2021 has been posted today along with the accompanying Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
It is currently expected that the AGM will be held as a physical meeting at Nexus, Discovery Way, Leeds, United Kingdom, LS2 3AA at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday 18 January 2022, permitting the attendance of shareholders and their proxies. However, the Board recognises that the situation in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, and UK legislation and government guidance to address the pandemic, can change quickly and may prohibit an open meeting or make it impractical.
Any change to the legislation or guidelines could mean that shareholders and/or their proxies may not be permitted to attend the AGM in person. The Board will therefore continue to monitor developments and will make changes to the arrangements for the AGM if necessary. Any such changes will be advised to shareholders through the Group's website and by RNS announcement.
Both the 2021 Annual Report, and Notice of AGM will be available on Tracsis' website www.tracsis.com/investors from 12:00 p.m. on 17 December 2021.
