Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, announces that it has been informed that John McArthur, Chief Executive Officer has sold a total of 105,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group (c. 10% of his total shareholding).

The total figure comprises 85,000 Ordinary Shares that were sold on 20^th February at a price of 515p and 20,000 Ordinary Shares that were sold on 21^st February at an average price of 518p.  Following this sale, Mr McArthur retains an interest in 957,783 Ordinary Shares representing 3.4% of the issued share capital of Tracsis.
