Tracsis plc
("Tracsis" or the "Group")
Directorate change
Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, announces that following nearly a decade with the Group, Charles Winward will stand down as a Non-Executive Director at the end of the month.
The Audit Committee will now be chaired by Liz Richards who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 1 September 2016.
John McArthur, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"Charles has been a Non-Executive Director of Tracsis since the business floated on AIM in 2007 and has provided valuable counsel and input throughout his 9 years of service and been an integral part to the success of Tracsis. Given the evolution of our Group and our commitment to correct corporate governance procedures, now is an appropriate time for Charles to hand over his duties to a new non-executive. Lisa Charles-Jones and Liz Richards were appointed to the board over the summer, and following these results today, Liz will assume the chair of the audit committee from Charles. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Charles for his support and wish him well for the future."
