Notification of Change of Interest

Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that following the issue of equity by the Company on 22 March 2012, IP Group plc's combined holding of 6,783,205 ordinary shares in the Company now represents 27.62% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 27.62% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Of the 6,783,205 ordinary shares held by IP Group plc, 3,785,500 are held through its wholly owned subsidiary Techtran Group Limited; 2,201,055 are held by IP Venture Fund, a limited partnership fund that is managed by Top Technology Ventures Limited, a 100% subsidiary of IP Group plc;  and 796,650 are held by IP2IPO Nominees Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of IP2IPO Limited. IP2IPO Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of IP Group plc.
