Notification of Change of Interest

Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that following a disposal of 796,650 ordinary shares held by IP2IPO Nominees Limited (to the beneficial holders of those shares), IP Group plc's combined holding has reduced to 5,986,555 ordinary shares, representing 24.37% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 24.37% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Of the 5,986,555  ordinary shares held by IP Group plc, 3,785,500 are held through its wholly owned subsidiary Techtran Group Limited and 2,201,055 are held by IP Venture Fund, a limited partnership fund that is managed by Top Technology Ventures Limited, a 100% subsidiary of IP Group plc.
