                                                 Board Changes

The  Company announces that Andrew Moore has resigned as a Non-Executive Director for personal reasons.  Norman
Alec Charles Lott has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2012.

Mr  Lott is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is the part-
time  finance  director of Alexander David Investments plc (a company whose shares are admitted to  trading  on
AIM) and various other public and private companies.

Prior  to  taking  up his present positions, Mr Lott was the finance director and deputy managing  director  of
Tiger  Books  International  Plc until 1998, the financial controller of Mary Glasgow  Publications  and  Parks
Bookshops  Ltd (each part of Wolters Kluwer (UK) Limited) until 1993, the UK finance director of  FTC  Holdings
Ltd until 1991, the finance director of Flowsave International Limited and Graham & Trotman Ltd., the financial
controller of Stromberg (UK) Ltd and an assistant manager with Peat Marwick (Hong Kong). Mr Lott qualified as a
chartered accountant with Ernst and Whinney in 1980.

In  accordance  with the PLUS Rules for Issuers, the Company discloses the following details in respect  of  Mr
Lott.

Norman  Lott is a director of Nordic Panorama plc (in liquidation) ("NPP") since 20 July 2009. NPP  was  placed
into a member' voluntary winding up pursuant to a resolution of the members on 2 September 2010.

Norman  Lott  was appointed as a director of Tiger Books International plc on 25 May 1994 and  resigned  on  14
October 1998.  The company went into administration on 17 May 2005 and was subsequently dissolved on 12 January
2005.

No further information is required pursuant to Rule 71 of Part 2 of the PLUS Rules for Issuers and paragraph 18
of Appendix 1 of the PLUS Rules for Issuers.
