                                    Completion of Administration Procedure

Further  to  the  Proposal by the Administrators for a Company Voluntary Arrangement of the  Company  dated  21
October  2010,  which was posted to Creditors and Shareholders, and the announcements made on 30 November  2010
and 17 August 2011, the Board of Trafalgar announces that the Company is no longer in administration.

The  Company is however still subject to its Company Voluntary Arrangement, which is being supervised  by  Jane
Walker of Errington Walker Limited. The Directors have resumed their roles as directors of the Company, subject
to the supervision of the Company's Company Voluntary Arrangement.

The  Directors anticipate that the Company Voluntary Arrangement will be completed in the near future.  Further
announcements will be made as and when appropriate.

THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENTS OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT
