Non-Executive Director resignation

Trafalgar (AIM: TRAF), the AIM quoted residential property developer operating in southeast England, announces that James Dubois has resigned as Non-executive Chairman of the Company, for health reasons.

Mr Dubois joined the Board in May 2012 and was a member of the Company's Remuneration and Audit Committees. His operational duties will be handled by Paul Treadaway going forward.

As at the date of Mr Dubois resignation, he held 400,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

Commenting on the resignation of Mr Dubois, Paul Treadaway, stated: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank James for his years of dedication and contribution. We wish him a speedy recovery and all the very best for the future."
