Trainline plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today published its FY2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (the '2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting') to be held at 9:00am BST on 27 June 2024 at 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD (the 'AGM').

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
