Further to this morning's announcement of preliminary
results for the year ended 30th September 1999, the Board of
Trio Holdings proposes to pay a final dividend of 0.1p per
share subject to shareholders' approval.  The final dividend
will be paid on 23rd March 2000 to shareholders on the
register on 3rd March 2000.
