          Appointment of Charles Dawson Buck as Non-Executive Director

Trakm8, AIM-listed designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and
software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce
the appointment of Charles Dawson Buck as Non-Executive Director to Trakm8
Holdings with effect from 23 February 2006.

Dawson, aged 59, is an internationally experienced Director with over three
decades of experience at senior management and non-executive level. He has
founded and built a multitude of companies individually, as well as initiating
and innovating substantial change within large international corporations in the
US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe. Dawson currently holds positions as
Non-Executive Chairman of both L3 Technology Ltd and Provexis Plc, where he lead
the team who successfully completed a reverse takeover flotation of the company
onto the AIM market in June 2005. These are in addition to a Non-Executive
Directorship of Corpora plc.

Dawson has a distinguished career spanning a range of industries, with high
profile management positions including: Electronic Alarms Ltd, Group Chief
Executive of Automated Security Holdings plc, Senior Vice President of
Sensormatic Electronic Corporation Inc, President of Sensormatic International
and Deputy Chief Executive ANGLE plc.

Other than the directorships disclosed above, the Group confirms there is no
further information required to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
rules.
