Trakm8 Holdings plc ("Trakm8" or the "Company") announces that it was notified
on 4 April 2007 that, on that day, Cary Paul Knapton, Chief Executive, purchased
a further 8,374 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Knapton is now interested in 1,458,165 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 12.7% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
