TRAKM8 HOLDINGS PLC ('the Company')
Director's Holdings in Company
The Company received notification on 25th January 2008 that on the 24th January
2008 Mr Cary Knapton, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 117,736 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 26.5p per Share into his SIPP.
On the same day his spouse, Mrs Karen Knapton sold 117,736 Shares at 26.5p per
Share.
Following these transactions Mr Knapton's direct interest in the Company
remains at 1,372,791 Shares, his beneficial interest through his SIPP increases
to 330,110 Shares and his spouse holds a reduced direct interest of 14,120
Shares,giving a total unchanged interest of 1,717,021 Shares, representing
approximately 12.7% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
