Resignation of Director
Trakm8, the AIM-listed technology provider, designer and developer of GPRS based
hardware and software to the vehicle tracking and security market announces the
resignation of Timothy David Douglas Evans as Strategy & Marketing Director with
immediate effect.
Tim leaves the Board by mutual consent and will remain with the company as Group
Strategy Advisor for three days a week while working on similar roles in other
non competing growing technology businesses.
Dawson Buck, Chairman of Trakm8 commented, "Tim has been with the company for
three years and has seen sales revenues grow from £1.6m in 2004 to £5.4m in the
last full year. Without Tim's strategic vision, experience, and commitment the
Company would not have made the progress that it has to date.
"On behalf of our shareholders, our staff and the board of Directors I would
like to express our thanks to Tim and look forward to his continued contribution
as Group Strategy Advisor."
