Trakm8 Holdings plc, a leading provider of online telematics services, solutions and related hardware, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, the notice of which is available at www.trakm8.com, resolutions 1 to 4 and 7 were duly passed. 

Voting on resolutions 5 (section 80 authorisation) and 6 (section 95 disapplication) was conducted on a poll, the results of which were as follows:
