I attach concert party notifications pursuant to Section 204 Companies Act 1985
relating to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, North
Atlantic Value LLP and JOHCM Alternative Investments LLP. The notification from
Oryx International Growth Fund Limited will be sent to you from Oryx in Guernsey
separately by fax later today. In the meantime, we can advise that Oryx is
interested in 3,000,000 ordinary shares being 0.54% of your share capital.

As at 22 July 2004, NAV was interested for the purposes of the Act in 15,054,987
ordinary shares in the relevant share capital, as defined in section 198(2) of
the Act, of TBI PLC (the 'Relevant Shares'), which represents 2.69% of that Class
of capital based on an issued share capital of 558,917,792 ordinary shares.

37,496,704 of the Relevant Shares are shares in which NAV will be interested by
virtue of sections 204 and 205 of the Act.
