Equest Investments Balkans Limited (the 'Company') today announces that it received notification from the State General Reserve Fund of the Sultanate of Oman ('SGRF') on 04 December 2008 that the SGRF had a notifiable interest in 900,000 ordinary shares as at 25 November 2008, representing 4.93% of the issued share capital of the Company (being 18,265,890 ordinary shares).
