Re: Delisting of Fund

The Directors of the Company have resolved to request the cancellation of the listing of the above Fund from the Irish Stock Exchange.  This announcement constitutes 20 business days notice of the de-listing of the Company. 

Application has been made for the Shares of the Company to be removed from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the Exchange.  The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed that the Fund will be delisted with effect from 17th June 2008.
