- easyJet announces new flights from London Luton Airport to
Paris Charles de Gaulle, and
- London Luton to Belfast International
- Belfast International Land - Outline Planning Permission Awarded

TBI plc, the owner and operator of regional airports and related businesses
announces that easyJet has chosen London Luton Airport for extensive new flights
to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Belfast International.
easyJet will start flying to Paris from London Luton airport this summer. This
is the airline's first new city destination from the north London airport since
October 1999.
From 12 June, the low-cost airline will fly five times a day from London Luton
to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport.
easyJet also announced today an increase in frequency on its London Luton to
Belfast International service which will take the daily services on the route
from five to six. This service will commence on 13 June.
Together the new flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Belfast International
could generate more than 500,000 additional passengers a year through London
Luton Airport.

TBI is also pleased to announce that outline planning permission for a
significant business park development of 550,000 sq.ft. on land owned by TBI
surrounding Belfast International Airport has been awarded. The development,
which will take place over the next five years will potentially create over 2000
employment opportunities.
The business park, for 'mixed commercial use' will cover a large spectrum of
business such as air cargo complexes, distribution centres, business and R & D
units, freight warehouses, call centres, serviced offices and fitness/leisure
suites and related ancillary services.

to Paris. It reaffirms easyJet's commitment to grow passenger numbers from
London Luton and it confirms London Luton's status as the fourth London airport.
'The development of the business park at Belfast International is the
culmination of many years hard work. Discussions with potential joint venture
development partners are underway.'
