UPDATE ON TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF SHARES

Further to the Company's announcement of 31 July 2009 in respect of the temporary suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares, EIB today announces that the audited financial statements are now expected to be sent to the Company's shareholders and uploaded onto the Company's website on Monday 17 August 2009. It is expected that trading in the Company's shares will resume shortly thereafter.
