Re Cetaris Agreement
Transense is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Translogik
Limited ('Translogik'), has received a significant order for its tyre
tread depth and pressure, field inspection kit from Cetaris, one of
the leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) providers in North
America.
Cetaris will deploy the Translogik kits as part of its innovative EAM
and Fleet Maintenance Solution. The system will provide its customer
fleets with "real-time" mobile data capture capabilities. Following
the success of the recent pilot program, it is planned that further
kits will be deployed throughout the Cetaris network in 2010.
Graham Storey, CEO of Translogik said "Together with our recent
agreement with Goodyear and acquisition of the Pneu-Logic IP, this is
a further significant step in the development of the Translogik
brand, considerably increasing our exposure within the Fleet
Maintenance Tyre Inspection Tools industry, one of our major target
markets. We are delighted to be working closely with Cetaris in
integrating our tools with their industry leading software. These
tools will now be used by some of the largest truck fleets in the
world, which is an exciting development for Translogik and a further
endorsement of the value of our products within these markets".
Ric Bedard, President of Cetaris, said "Translogik's unique data
capture technology can enhance our clients' productivity and
processes to help them more efficiently manage millions of tire
positions every day. Benefits such as real cost savings from the
reduction in labour, the optimal management of inflation, and
improved tire replacement forecasts, are very timely. Through our
partnership with Translogik, Cetaris continues to integrate products
that deliver savings to our clients and the industries we serve".
