Howard Pearl sold 6,600 shares at 46 pence per share and his spouse purchased
6,600 shares at 46.5 pence per share.  In addition to this transaction, Howard
Pearl yesterday sold 5,900 at 48.5 pence per share and his spouse purchased
5,900 shares at 49.5 pence per share.
