Issue of Options
Transense Technologies plc (AIM: TRT), the developer of specialist sensor systems, announces that, further to the announcement of 13 August 2019 regarding the grant of 170,000 options to Melvyn Segal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, these options were, on 18 December 2020, cancelled and re-granted on the same terms for administrative reasons in connection with the Company's EMI share option scheme.
As per the original grant, these options provide the right to subscribe for 170,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each at an exercise price of £0.75 per share, subject to vesting on 13 August 2021 (being two years after original grant date) and the Company's share price reaching £2.00. These options expire on 13 August 2029.
The FCA notification in respect of the above, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, is appended below.
