Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the
special resolution required to implement the proposed bonus issue announced on
4 September 2001 ('the Bonus Issue') was passed by the requisite majority of
the Company's Shareholders. Application will be made for 37,261,047 new
ordinary shares issued to Shareholders pursuant to the Bonus Issue ('the Bonus
Shares') to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of
London Stock Exchange plc ('AIM').
Expected timetable of events:
Record date close of business on 2 October2001
Bonus Shares admitted to trading on AIM 4 October 2001
CREST accounts credited with Bonus Shares 4 October 2001
in uncertificated form
Date for dispatch of new share certificates in by 9 October 2001
respect of Bonus Shares in certificated form
