                              Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing
Authority for the admission to the Official List of 200,000 Ordinary 10 pence
shares by way of a Block Listing.

The shares are expected to be issued in connection with the Company's 2001
Executive Share Option Scheme and rank pari passu with the existing class of
Ordinary shares.
