Board Change

Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") announces that Philip Jansen has informed the Board of the Company that, in view of a recent additional executive appointment in his other business commitments, he will be retiring from the Board as a non-executive director with effect from the end of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2013. The Company has initiated a search for a new non-executive director. The Board places on record its thanks to Philip for his significant contribution since his appointment in 2009.
