The Board of Travis Perkins plc (the 'Company') was informed yesterday that the
Executive Directors and members of the Company's Executive Committee were
granted options yesterday under the Travis Perkins 2001 Executive Share Option
Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company at an exercise price of 1611p. The
exercise period is from 19th April 2009 to 18th April 2016. The number of shares
held under option by the Executive Directors and members of the Company's
Executive Committee are set out below:
