Travis Perkins plc (the 'Company') has been notified that Paul Kavanagh, the
husband of Carol Kavanagh, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, last
Friday purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of
1672p per share. As a result, Mrs Kavanagh now has a beneficial interest in
3,644 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01%
of the issued share capital.
