                   Notification of Director/PDMR Shareholding

The board of Travis Perkins plc (the 'Company') was today notified that the
following PDMRs were granted conditional awards over ordinary 10p shares of the
Company ('Shares') under the Travis Perkins Deferred Share Bonus Plan and the
Performance Share Plan (the 'Plans') on 5 March 2008.
