Notification of Director/PDMR Shareholding

The board of Travis Perkins plc (the 'Company') was today notified that Mr Arthur Davidson a member of the Executive Committee was granted a conditional award of 385 ordinary 10p shares of the Company  under the Travis Perkins Deferred Share Bonus Plan on 3 March 2009.

The award will normally vest in March 2012 subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
