In common with all eligible employees, each of the executive directors and members of the Company’s Executive Committee have, since April 2007 been able to participate in the Company’s Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares. Partnership Shares are Travis Perkins shares which can be purchased by using deductions from the employees pre-tax salary either monthly or by an annual lump sum. On the 5th January 2009the following Partnership shares were purchased at a price of 376.5p:-
