The board of Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was today notified that Mr Kelvin Stevens a Director of the Company sold on 7 March 2011 11,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the company ("shares") at a price of 1024 per share.
The Company was also notified that Mrs Linda Stevens, the wife of Mr Kelvin Stevens, also sold on 11 March 2011 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1022.25 per share.
As a result, Mr Stevens now has a beneficial interest in 23,128 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
