The board of Travis Perkins plc was notified today of the sale of shares in the Deferred Bonus Share Plan to the following PDMR on 5 April 2011.  The shares were sold at a price of 1049 per share. This follows the vesting of the Deferred Bonus Share Plan on 5 March 2011 and exercised on 4 April 2011.
