The board of Travis Perkins plc (the 'Company') was today notified that, in connection with the Company's recent rights issue and the resulting acquisitions of shares, Matching Awards under the Travis Perkins Share Matching Scheme (the 'Scheme') have been adjusted in accordance with the rules of the Scheme as follows:
